Bloody Mary Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) Vodka
- 4 oz (120 ml) Tomato Juice
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 dashes Hot Sauce (e.g., Tabasco)
- Pinch of Celery Salt
- Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
- Ice Cubes
- Optional Garnishes: Celery Stalk, Lemon Wedge, Olives, Pickles, or a Skewer of Shrimp and Vegetables
How to Make the Perfect Bloody Mary
- Rim the edge of a highball glass with salt or a seasoned salt mix (optional). To do this, rub a lemon wedge around the rim and dip it into coarse salt or your preferred seasoning blend.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- In a shaker or mixing glass, combine:
- 2 oz of vodka
- 4 oz of tomato juice
- 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes of hot sauce
- A pinch of celery salt
- A pinch of ground black pepper
- Stir (or gently roll) the mixture to combine all the ingredients without over-diluting.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared highball glass over the ice.
- Garnish with a celery stalk, lemon wedge, olives, pickles, or get creative with a skewer of shrimp and vegetables.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your classic Bloody Mary.
